Eva Oliva Online Wellness and Personal Training Services provide 1:1 health and fitness coaching, suggested meal plans, personal training programs and health tips and advice for those who would like to take their health to the next level. We encourage our members to stop thinking about diets but rather learn long term habits that change their relationship with food and exercise.

We also offer monthly memberships that grant you access to our health and wellness programs/courses, customized meal plans, client portal and 1:1 coaching services.

We offer several programs and courses that can assist you with your health and wellness goals. Whether your goals include loosing weight, repair your gut, detox your body or reset your metabolism, we got you covered! These program and courses can be bought for a one time fee or be accessed through our membership portal.
Our programs and courses provide meal plans, exercise routines, grocery list and tools to help you become stronger, healthier and become a better you!

Our wellness and fitness blog is our tool to share with you useful health and fitness information and to help educate you more about these topics!
We also provide tips, ‘how-to’ instructional posts, interesting training techniques, nutrition tips, and much more. As a fitness blogger, I am here to provide you with a wide variety of information to assist you achieve your fitness and health goals!

As a personal trainer, we will assess your physical and health conditions, we will create appropriate exercise plans, and monitor your progress. We will also explain applicable safety rules and regulations of gym equipment and how to property use them while having fun and improve your health through exercise.

Through our wellness memberships, we provide 1:1 health and fitness coaching and the coach provides you with the necessary tools to guide and support you in your health goals, whether your goals are to loose weight, or gain muscle mass, improve energy or to better manage stress. In addition, we enact sustainable and positive behavioral lifestyles changes that will empower and motivate you to become your own best self and knowledgeable in fitness and training!

We provide you with exercise routines/training plans and exercise instructional videos that will help you stay on track. Our exercise videos can be access through our membership portal.
Also, we engage and connect with you to hold you accountable for your progress. Our fitness routines are customize to each individual level of expertise and fitness level.

We offer several meal plans that can be bought separately or can be accessed through our membership portal. Our programs provide a grocery list, full recipes and are customized to your type of lifestyle (vegan, paleo, low carb, high protein, etc.)
Our memberships also provide a suggested customized meal plan for each individual member.
