My Story
My name is Eva Oliva, and I am the founder of Eva Oliva Online Wellness & Fitness Services. I decided to become a personal trainer having spent years being that person who wanted desperately to lose weight and feel good about themselves. I’ve been in several different diets, and my weight fluctuated massively. I was so frustrated with the fads and the diets, that I even decided to have Liposuction surgery in 2016 but the weight came right back!
I always dream of having the dream body but at that moment I didn’t know what that really meant. So, I decided to hire a trainer and a nutrition coach to prepared me for a bodybuilding show (which I’ve never done in the past). I honestly didn’t know what to expect but in 2017, I started my fitness journey and in August of that same year, I competed in my first bodybuilding show and since then I competed multiple times. Now, having emerged the other side and achieved one of my fitness goals, I want to use my skills, my knowledge, my experience and my own journey with others.
So, I decided to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, so I can educate and assist others to reach their goals. I genuinely care about helping people, and there is nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, strong and beautiful. I know how not being happy with your own body may affect your life, and the frustration of wanting to be fit but unable to accomplish so by ourselves can be. I want to be there for those who want to make real changes in their lives and I want to help you discover the benefits of training that helped me become the person I am today. My hope is to guide you every step of the way and that we both accomplished your health and fitness goals.
For many, it may difficult to stay on track in your fitness goals and it may be often tough to find time to work out. May be your full time job, your family, your children requires a lot of your time and attention or maybe you have tried other personal trainers and nutrition coaches who have given you meal plans and exercise routines and left it all to you to figure it all out and you’re just tired of trying. Believe me, I have been there and it was not a good experience. Now, through my experiences I have designed training programs and meal plans that have proven to work and be manageable. My coaching programs are meant to change your mindset, psychology and habits for long term results.
