Eva Oliva Online Wellness & Training Services provides 1:1 coaching , nutrition custom meal plans & exercise training plans through our membership portal to assist you become a stronger and better version of yourself.
In our 1:1 membership coaching, you will receive guidance from a nutrition certified coach and personal trainer, that will help you reclaim your health, your lifestyle and ambitions back. All while learning to make your own decisions based in your lifestyle and confidence level for the rest of your life. Our self guided courses also provide you with the necessary tools to help you succeed in the program and to help you accomplish you ultimate weight loss goals!

Individual training session rate: $25.00. If you book 5 or more sessions, the rate is reduced to $22.00 ($110)

how it works?
Fill out and complete your setting goals form, fitness assessment and medical history form (found below), so we can learn more about you and your goals. Send the completed forms to evacoachingandtraining@gmail.com
Once you have submitted the completed paperwork, you’ll purchase your monthly membership and will be given access to our programs, meal plans and workout videos (depending on the membership you selected). You will receive the next steps to start your new nutrition program and 1:1 coaching. You must download, complete and email to evacoachingandtraining@gmail.com, the informed consent form, personal training agreement contract and waiver of liability found below.
It is recommended that you work closely with your nutrition coach for at least three months (90 days) from your initial commitment to ensure you reach your results. But you can cancel your membership at any time. Over this period, you will work closely with your coach to optimize your performance, learn habits according to your lifestyle, and work over your courses to learn about the about the importance of nutrition and exercise to meet your goals and lifetime changes.
