            It is a myth that you can’t be healthy while enjoying the food you crave. I honestly never knew that until I changed my mentality from a bodybuilder competitor mindset to living a balance lifestyle mindset. Now, I am a big believer that you can eat everything you crave and still be fit and healthy, yes and this includes the sweet and salty, the bread and butters, the carbs that many gurus tell you not to eat, this also includes alcohol!
