Please note: You should consult your registered dietitian before starting this or any other meal planning program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is especially true if you (or someone in your family) has a history of high blood pressure, diabetes or any chronic illness that may interfere with this meal plan.

Programs and menus should be saved on your computer for your future reference, as your plan may not be available in our database in the future. Once delivered, they are yours. We recommend printing them off so you may refer them to the program when you have questions or as a quick guide to help you along the process.
